Liu Huanan

Graduated from the metallurgy major of Northeast University in 1962, researcher and doctoral tutor.He has been engaged in the research of corrosion-resistant materials in the Institute of Metal Protection And Corrosion, Chinese Academy of Sciences for more than 30 years, and is now the director researcher of the National Metal Corrosion Control Engineering Technology Research Center.The XD-1 corrosion-resistant and high temperature resistant material developed by Liu Huanan won the Sun Shibo award.F518, F7, FS-1 and other sulfuric acid materials won the second prize of major scientific research achievements of Chinese Academy of Sciences.His research on corrosion-resistant materials in fan, water pump and valve industry has won many major scientific research achievement awards.The materials of special three eccentric butterfly valves for 610 ℃, 450 ℃, SO2 and SO3 developed for XUANDA Group are listed in the new product development plan of Zhejiang Province in 1997.Pass the provincial appraisal in 1998, the two products filled the domestic gap and reached the domestic leading level.

  • ZG-3 Vacuum Medium Frequency Induction Furnace
    The ZG-3 furnace is a periodic operation electric furnace, the amount of molten steel is 3kg. The power supply is 30kW,and the medium frequency is 8000Hz. It is mainly used for melting and ingot casting of special steels and super alloys in vacuum or protective atmosphere. It is also used for heat treatment such as quenching and annealing of small parts.

    The maximum impact energy is 300 joule, with a 150 joule pendulum, and the cross-section of the sample used is 10×10 mm2.It is mainly used to determine the impact resistance of steel and its alloy materials under dynamic load, so as to judge the properties of materials under dynamic load.
  • Direct Reading Spectrometer
    Arll3460 direct reading spectrometer is produced by Thermo Fisher Technology Co., Ltd. It has 35 optical channels and can detect 26 elements, including the main elements of all metals, such as carbon, phosphorus, silicon, sulfur, nickel, chromium, copper, moscovium, aluminum, nitrogen, manganese, etc. It is applicable to the analysis of nodular cast iron, gray iron, cast steel, cast aluminum and other metal materials and special cast iron materials. At present, it is widely used for bath analysis and laboratory analysis in machinery, nonferrous steel and other industries.

    Purpose:

    It can test the wear resistance of materials under various conditions of sliding friction, rolling friction, rolling, sliding compound friction and intermittent contact friction

    Performance characteristics:

    M-2000 abrasion tester is used to test the wear resistance of various metal materials and non-metallic materials < nylon, plastic > under various states of sliding friction, rolling friction, rolling, sliding compound friction and intermittent contact friction.

    The microcomputer intelligent measurement and control system adopted by M-2000 abrasion tester is developed by LabVIEW of NI company in the United States, which can measure the product friction torque and display its relevant parameters,average torque, maximum torque and friction coefficient, and the torque time curve can be displayed. It can save experimental data in real time and improve a variety of analysis report formats.

  • WEW series screen display hydraulic universal testing machine
    Purpose:

    The testing machine is widely used for tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of metal materials, and meets the requirements of GB / T228-2002 Tensile Test Method For Metal Materials At Room Temperature. It can also be used for the compression test of non-metallic materials such as cement and concrete. After adding special accessories, the mechanical properties of fasteners, steel wire ropes and components can be tested.     Performance characteristics:

    1.
